The Surface Quality
The quality of the surface and the detail of a 3D Printed object is based on its layer height. In other words, the Resolution. The thinner the layer height, the smoother the texture of the 3D Printed object surface.
The most used layer height is 0.2 mm and it is suitable for most regular printing purposes. For special situations where an extra resolution is required, 0.16 mm or 0.12 mm for the finest accuracy. Also, smaller layer heights will increase printing time and cost.
With the SLA Resin 3D Printing technology, it is cable of go up to 0.05 mm layer height with finest details and higher precision.
Super Quality
0.12 mm layer height
