We recommend you to upload your files in .STL or .3MF format. Other file types are also accepted if it is possible to convert to .STL format by us. If you need to design your model by us, email us your images of sketches of your requirement to sales@mexlabz.com. We will analyze them and let you know the possibility of making them.

If you are using Blender to make 3D modeling use the “Decimate” option to reduce polygon count after fully finalizing your design. It’s recommended to reduce the .STL file size to less than 25 MB using this method.
By using FDM 3D Print technology we are capable of 3D Print objects up to the size of 290 mm x 290 mm x 290 mm (HWD). If your model is larger than that, still we can 3D Print it by splitting it into several parts and can merge together. Please contact us for more information.
The accuracy of the machine is 0.1 mm. The recommended layer height is 0.2 mm for most applications and we may need to change it to 0.16 mm or 0.12 mm if your design includes very small carvings, text, etc. We will let you know in such situations.
By using Resin / SLA 3D Print technology it is 165 mm × 143 mm x89 mm (HWD) and the accuracy of the resolution is 0.05 mm.
In FDM 3D Printing, objects are created by depositing melted plastic layer by layer on top of each other. 0.2 mm is the default layer height for normal 3D Printing, and we recommend using it for regular printing purposes, for special situations where an extra resolution is required, you can select either 0.16 mm or 0.12 mm for fine accuracy. Also, smaller layer heights will increase printing time and cost.
Also, Resin / SLA 3D Printing technology, is capable of going up to 0.05 mm higher resolution for the finest accuracy having higher texture details can 3D Print smaller models.
In this case, we recommend you to send us the source file of the 3D Model if available. If it’s not available, we need to have a look and check it. There will be a 3D Model fee applicable based on the complexity of editing/cutting the 3D Model to the necessary section.
The time duration depends on your requirement for 3D Printing as well as the post-work to make the object(s) finish. However, after checking your 3D Model / STL file(s) we can inform you.
The delivery amount may depends on the pickup method you choose and your delivery address. When the MEX LABZ team sending the quotation, they’re informing you the delivery amount.
